Social Anxiety is the 3rd most common mental illness and the Andrew Kukes Foundation for Social Anxiety (AKFSA) is committed to providing everyone, from those affected, to their family and friends and to mental health professionals, with the greater resources and support needed to treat, manage and conquer this debilitating and sometimes fatal disorder.

Directions:
- Login to your personal Facebook profile
- In the top left section of your profile, click on the “Messages” icon (a speech bubble)
- Click on “Send a new message;” a message box will pop up
- Begin typing in names of your Facebook friends in the “To” field (they will begin to auto-populate). You may send this message to a group of people or generate individual messages. Please note – there is no way to do “Bcc” in a Facebook message like you can in an email. All recipients will see one another’s name.
- Include the message about AKFSA and the request to “Like” the Facebook page
- Click “Send”

- On your personal Facebook profile, locate the box that says “Status” box (with “What’s on your mind?” in it).
